In the last few years, you may not have remembered exactly all those people that loved you and whose heart you’ve touched, but you are loved and will be so deeply missed.
I’ve had the pleasure of growing up alongside your beautiful girls and have so many treasured memories. Sleepovers where we giggled away through the night and your naughty laugh, when anything was a little bit rude. Holidays at the caravan. Nights out at Hardy Spices. Andre Boceli and Barbara Striesand blasting out on the record player. My first chinese take away. First microwave jacket potato with brown sauce of course.
You made me feel part of the family at a time as a child my own family was in a bit of mess, you saw me and gave me one of your big hugs which made me feel like I belonged. My girls as they grew up called you Nanna Pat.
I thank you for all these memories, I miss you. Rest easy now Pat.
With much love Deb xxx
